Individual in Custody Trust Account - Cook County Sheriff's Office
Each individual in custody at the Cook County Department of Corrections has an individual in custody Trust Fund account, which allows an individual in custody to receive funds to use on commissary, among other items. Each week, an individual in custody can purchase up to $100 worth of clothing and supplies and $100 worth of food items.

GTL Inmate Communications Beginning September 22, 2021, Cook County Jail will have a new service provider for individual in custody phone calls called GTL. Funds for the previous provider, Legacy Communications, will no longer be accepted for individual in custody phone call payments.
